Our (business) world needs a better grip and understanding of the relationship between desired ethical behaviour and ethical management and it’s domain. Contradictions within companies between the two sometimes reach bizar levels. A mission and vision and well described desired competencies are all very patient and abstract and will only become actionable and part of daily management if embedded in balanced score cards and KPI’s.
What does a company want the word „balanced“ to include? What does it really mean and stand for and what are the added benefits to include ethical elements in daily operations and management.
